Education: Graduation is a Must.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in general trades is preferred.


Job Responsibilities :

- Handling the General trade activities in the particular Districts.

- Responsible for Primary - Secondary Sales, Product Launching

- Responsible for Market coverage and Outlet Coverage

- Responsible for market representation and product availability

- Strengthening Distribution by increasing the maximum possible extent in the assigned territory.

- Driving the basic distribution parameters such as Channel Partner Management, Foot Plans, TSI productivity, and Channel Satisfaction.

- Ensuring maximum branding and visibility in assigned territory and capturing the retailer's base to the maximum possible extent.

- Execute channel sales activities to meet weekly revenue targets.

- To educate the customers regarding the company's newly launched products.

- To provide market feedback on competition, customer behavior, and response to our marketing mix.

- Responsible for the achievement of revenue targets assigned to distributors.

- Develop and maintain a robust and highly productive distribution.

- To prospect and appoint new distributors to improve and strengthen the infrastructure as per plan in a fixed time frame.

- Plan and coordinate activities before launch.
