• Candidate should be Electrical & Electronics  Handling any service domain would be preferable  
• Min  3- 5 Year Work Exp   This position is based out Mumbai & would be handling Gujrat ,Maharashtra & goa regions
• Should be good at communications Read & write ( utmost importance should be given to this )

• Customer Complaint closures On daily basis
• Critical Complaints he  should  visit Sites for observations & meeting customers in person if required
• Minimal or Zero  escalations from his regions
• Return of defectives from sites  Month wise  reconciliation & knock off
• Dealer defective Audits
• C-Sat collections from Customers ( Feedback ) & Appreciation letters
• Spares Planning
• Handling Contractors Team/ work allocations on daily basis/ Bills certification  
• Willing to travel in  his 3 regions as & when required
• Escalation to CFT on critical issues on time
• Following Discipline & working with high Integrity & should be accountable for his regions Start to End…
