- Department Position Commercial & Institutional Lighting Sales Consultant / Account Manager Areas of Responsibility Financial responsibility: Be responsible for sales and collection in the assigned segment/territory. Follow the internal credit policy and inventory norms. Segment to be looked after in this role is Indoor commercial. Business Development: Build equity with specifiers (Architect, Electrical Consultants) and End-customers (B2B). Handle product demonstrations, in-house seminar / presentation and drive customer satisfaction. Reporting: Handling CRM portal. Regular updation of Lead to enquiry to order conversion. Periodical reports. Stockiest management. Develop and retain reliable channel partners. Timely support in terms of materials and credit notes. PERSON SPECIFICATIONS: Education Experience Graduate Engineer with MBA At least 5 years of experience Desired Profile 1. Good communication/presentation skills 2. Demonstrate personal drive and be target oriented 3. Proven relationship building capability 4. Aggressive and productive approach towards market development, sales & after sales service 5. Ability to understand product specifications as per customer requests. Liaise with customers efficiently and possess trouble shooting ability 6. Should be able to identify emerging market trends & building a business strategy to face challenges of promising markets.
