  1. Qualification:  BE Mechanical with around 10 Years experience in Customized product solution, product design & thorough knowledge of product development.
  2. Hands on experience of different materials like: CRCA, Die Casting, Engineering Plastic and related processes.
  3. Additional experience of decorative lighting products will be preferred to coordinate with respective vendor to convert idea into products. 
  4. Preferable experience: Lighting preferred or Appliance Industries
  5. Knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Power point) and any 3D software (Solid edge, Solid works)
  6. Capability: Should be able to understand the nature of customized product and guide team for closer.
  7. MIS Reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  8. Communication (Writing / Speaking): MUST be good in English and Hindi and be able to communicate with customer, sales team, vendor / Internal team members.
  9. Should be willing to travel to meet vendors, customers, learn with a positive approach and attitude.
  10. On-Role Position is based at Pune BO.
