Qualification

Master in Business Administration- HR with 2- 6 years’ experience as HR Business Partner

Experience & skills

More than 2 years in HR, Knowledge on Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Engagement, Grievance Handling with Good Communication, Influencing, Negotiation skills and Analytical.

 

Primary Function

Partner with business to attract, retain, engage and develop talent thus working towards creating a strong human capital base for the unit.
Implement the organization's Human Resource processes and initiatives within designated business units as per defined policies & budgets. 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand business goals and recommend new approaches to effect improvements in business objectives and  productivity within the BU in consultation with the Business Head and CHRO
  2. Assist the Business Unit in aligning business objectives with centralized HR strategy by providing data on the local needs and issues
  3. Succession planning and top talent development.
  4. Collaborate with Business to review organization structure in line with organizational imperatives (Sales Volume, New Technology introduction, Future Readiness etc.)
  5. Support leaders to align their organizational structure decisions to short-term and long-term organizational objectives   
  6. Manpower Availability for all departments within Business.
  7. HR annual plan for the unit in terms of Talent Management and Development.
  8. Manage target setting and performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  9. Enable positive work environment to support business need by employee engagement initiatives
  10. Grievance handling.
  11. Facilitate design and implementation of training programs based on business and employee needs
  12. HR metrics like attrition analysis, productivity trends, performance metrics etc.Contribute towards continual improvement in IMS processes.
  13. Understand and help achieve the IMS policy and objectives, as committed by the top management.
  14. Identify nonconforming situations and help take necessary actions.
  15. Creating awareness among employees of Legal, Statutory & Regulatory requirement for the product & services throughout different stages of Product Life Cycle in association with various department heads.

 

  1. Implement IMS procedures in an effective manner and help review and improve those on a continual basis.
  2. Help prevent errors in IMS processes by contributing towards identification and evaluation of ‘Risks & Opportunities’, ‘Aspects-impacts’ and ‘Hazards & OH&S risks.’
  3.  Participate in emergency mock drills.
  4. Report unsafe act/ practice / condition to relevant persons e.g., Health & Safety committee members.
  5. Apply an approach of ‘Risk-based thinking’ during planning of any project/task/activity.
  6. Understand the implications of not following IMS requirements on Quality, health, safety & environment.
  7. Maintain/ retain relevant IMS documented information as needed to demonstrate compliance and improvement in processes.

Authorities (empowered to take decisions)

1. Financial     :  Negotiating & finalizing Offers for Candidates, Rate contracts for Consultants, Rate for Hotels for events. Admin expenses

2. Operational:  Deciding on Agencies for Training, Consultants for sourcing.
