Partner with business to attract, retain, engage and develop talent thus working towards creating a strong human capital base for the unit.

Responsibilities: |

Authorities (empowered to take decisions) |
1. Financial : Negotiating & finalizing Offers for Candidates, Rate contracts for Consultants, Rate for Hotels for events. Admin expenses 2. Operational: Deciding on Agencies for Training, Consultants for sourcing. |
