Qualification

Graduate or Post Graduate with 6+ years of B2B and/or Projects sales experience handling MNC , IT and manufacturing companies

 

Experience & skills

  • Higher than 6+ years hands on experience in Sales or Business Development in Private Business like IT, ITES and Modern Workspaces.
  • Track record of achieving yearly sales of more than 3 crores in B2B business.
  • Candidate should have proven record in working with Facility Managers, Procurement manager (Indirect procurement)
  • Candidate having relationship with Architects, Designers and PMC’s will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.
  • Should also have relationship management with customers,
  • Team player who works and gels with internal teams.
  • Capable of generating leads and converting them to enquiries
  • Good understanding of enquiry process and Business scenario, order closure and negotiation.
  • Performing product presentation, mock-ups and other presentations to Purchase heads, Facility Heads and experience in interacting/Handling CXO’s will be an added benefit.
  • Strong Follow-up skills with prospective customer.
  • May be from Furniture, Ceiling, Carpets, Glass , Blinds , hardware, laminate or any other Interiors industry products. Office Supplies and B2B Premium Gifting industry.

 

Primary Function

Works with National / Zonal Manager to execute sales strategies as per Wipro Enterprises process. Individual Contribution is expected as well as to employ consultative selling methods to influence people across different departments be it infra/facilities/admin/purchase to generate Leads and later shortlist and display a focused approach in ensuring win-win situation for client and Wipro. Sales position for an outright winner, who has good track record in achieving results. May exhibit an expert of product to end customer. At last, ensure imbibing Wipro principles in all actions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for developing Bangalore / Karnataka market by focusing on key accounts in software, Premium Banking, Industrial accounts and working with teams to succeed and Win the deal in B2B enquiries
  2. Cold Calling, visiting IT/ITES and Modern workspace customers. Minimum 4 calls per day.
  3. Enter Leads in CRM Portal and follow-up on these leads to get enquiries , which maybe collected from peer groups in the industry.
  4. Drive and Develop business on key accounts given through focused effort.
  5. Drive & Generate and add business from new key accounts.
  6. Drive & Generate business through establishing relationships with other major influencers/architects/PMCs
  7. Responsible for closing orders with good prices and within approval limits for self & for the team
  8. Drive Order with good payment terms and regular follow up on outstanding to keep it under control
  9. Work with channel partners in the region to close order and route orders through the dealers.
  10. Drive & Required to keep focus on sales target and participate in regular internal review, and weekly progress assessment
  11. Drive & Ensure regular communication with external teams and internal team across functions
  12. Participate in local events for brand promotion when required
  13. Drive effective do mock up presentations professionally along with team
  14. COMPLETELY SELF DRIVEN & Able to work independently most of the time, within minimum structured support

Authorities (empowered to take decisions)

1. Can share product details and prices with clients based on self –judgement within the prescribed limits, and through defined channels. Also allowed to close orders through authorized channel partners or key accounts registered with us

2. Can plan daily visits and upcountry visits to defined segment of clients, dealers
