Reporting to: Sales Promotion Manager
(Should be open for extensive travel- Minimum 3 days a week)
Experience: Should have experience in FMCG – GT Sales, distribution management, people management (Should have handled 3-5 salesmen or sales rep), should have worked in large markets and must have range selling experience
Must have minimum work experience of 3 years in Sales and FMCG industry.
Should not be having any career gaps.
Qualification: A candidate needs to have regular graduation (Should not be from correspondence or Distance), PG is not mandatory

Broad Deliverables
- Driving and anchoring sales promotion activities for the Zone/Region
-Driving the team to achieve their respective sales targets
- Anchoring Promoting and Merchandising activities
- Supermarket activation, product activation, new launches management
-Competitor Analysis: Collecting competitor product details, feedback on their products performance, marketing and promotional activities carried out by them
-Marketing and branding activities: Ensuring merchandising activities like displays, free samples, on-the-spot demonstration, shelf spaces, special offers etc.
-Sales Orders and Stock Checks at Distributor/ Stockiest points to ensure continuous supply of products in the Market
-Maintaining and tracking performance reports, beat planning, addition and deletion of outlets, incentive calculation of SSMs, generating brand wise reports in terms of -Volume and Value
-Evaluating and planning based on the analysis and reports of the day. -Training the team to give special focus to reach the weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Target
-Driving complete Distributor Automation in the Area / zone.
-Driving all distribution expansion targets.
-Responsible for facilitating the team to become data savvy.
