Areas of Responsibility

• Provide Lighting Solutions to clients (Architects, Electrical Consultants, PMCs and End Customers)
• Engaging with Architects, Electrical Consultants and end customers actively for business development
• Collaborate with Sales people, meet clients and understand their requirements
• Making presentations to the client detailing the product configurations and their USPs
• Travelling across the region and support technical development.
• Help the client understand the technological aspects and the commercial impact of the products.
• Pitching the right solution to the customers.
• Conducting regular training activities for Internal Team and external stake holders.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

Education

B. Tech or M. Tech (Electrical background preferred)      

Experience

At least 4+ years of experience

Desired Profile

1. Experience with Dialux (Lighting design/simulation software).
2. Good communication/presentation skills
3. Demonstrate personal drive and be target oriented
4. Proven relationship building capability
5. Ability to understand product specifications, as per customer requests. Liaise with customers efficiently and possess trouble shooting ability
6. Should work collaboratively and constructively on each project with others on the team
7. Should work collaboratively and constructively on each project with others on the team
8. Should co-ordinate well with the front-end (sales/marketing) and back-end teams.
