Program Snapshot - The Meridian Finance Advancement Program is a comprehensive 12-month development initiative designed for newly qualified ACCA professionals. This program bridges the gap between academic qualification and practical business application, creating a structured pathway for ACCA graduates to build successful careers in corporate finance. 

Core Placement (First 12 Months): Roles in foundational finance functions such as Internal Audit or Controllership.

Job Rotation (Post 12 Months): ~6-month stint in Business or Operations teams, followed by placement in a Corporate Finance role.

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Work Schedule: 5.5 days a week
