  • Catalogue management – category management | golden parameter spec | Stock & Price Management across regions|
  • Upto Bid submission – BOQ bid formation | Bunch bid formation | working on PAC bid with Customers
  • Certifications  Management in Tenders
  • Tender Co-ordination on CPP | state e procurement portals   
  • Co ordination with Buyer for comparison | Bid Creation | various documentation   therein
  • For Seller-  OEM & reseller portal  
  • SOP for Incident Management  & Co-ordination with central GeM Teams on various themes and Issues.
  • GeM Training for customers | Dealers | Sales Team
  • Building culture of Cross pollinating of GeM Accounts across Geographies via synergy
  • Building new GeM Accounts across Various Verticals in specific Geographies in – Banking | Edu | Inst | Def | Manufacture | Health | Depts
  • Weekly MIS on GeM
