Job Overview:

As the Key Account Manager (KAM) for Ecommerce at Wipro Consumer Care, you will be responsible for managing and driving the growth of the company’s e-commerce business across major online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics, digital marketing, and account management to optimize sales performance and enhance the brand’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ecommerce Account Management:

    • Own and manage the performance of key e-commerce accounts, including Amazon, Flipkart, Reliance Digital, and Croma, as well as Wipro’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) website.
    • Build strong relationships with key e-commerce platforms and partners to secure top positions for product listings and visibility.
    • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability from each account.
    • Drive and negotiate promotions, activations, and marketing initiatives with key account buyers and partners.
  • Sales & Performance Optimization:

    • Analyze and interpret sales data, tracking performance metrics to optimize sales and product availability.
    • Oversee and improve product listing optimization (titles, descriptions, images, etc.) for maximum visibility and conversion across platforms.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Marketing and Campaign Execution:

    • Manage and execute performance marketing strategies (Amazon Marketing Services, Product Listing Ads, Google Shopping, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
    • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent execution of campaigns, including paid search, display ads, and influencer marketing across all platforms.
    • Lead digital content creation and ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and videos.
  • Inventory & Logistics Management:

    • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure efficient stock management, timely replenishment, and inventory forecasting for e-commerce platforms.
    • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

    • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce business performance, KPIs, and sales forecasts.
    • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to optimize product listings and campaigns.
    • Work with the finance team to track ROI on marketing spend and promotions.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in FMCG/Consumer Goods or related industries.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing e-commerce business on leading platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing strategies, and key e-commerce tools.
    • Hands-on experience with Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Google Ads, and performance-based campaigns.
    • Excellent account management and negotiation skills with key e-commerce partners.
    • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and sales forecasting.
  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Additional Qualities:
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem and an understanding of consumer trends in the digital space.
