Group - R&D and Innovation Lead - Foods

Responsibility:
• R&D Strategy and Functional Leadership. Collaborate and develop new products as per brief shared by the Marketing team. Improve existing products.
• Lead appropriate product development lab work, including timely development of bench-top prototypes, implementation and maintenance of stability testing, and support scale-ups for commercialization.
• Oversee management of laboratory to benchmark standards.
• Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support to cross-functional teams and customers.
• Heading Innovations, product readiness, commercialization & 3rd Party capacity buildup for snacks division.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining work safety and food safety practices in the plants.
• Quality assurance in independent labs and 3P manufacturing units.
