Treasury - Front Office

Role and Responsibilities
• Manage the investments portfolio of the company across a wide range of Fixed Income products, from Bank FDs, CDs, CPs, Bonds and Debentures to MFs, AIFs, etc.
• Understand funding needs of the company and select suitable investment instruments and tenors.
• Track relevant market developments and prepare updates/reports
• Ensure timely MIS regarding Investments portfolio
• Projections of Income from Investments as and when required
• Efficient execution of investments transactions 
• Deliver superior investment performance

Experience
• 5 to 10 years’ experience of dealing in markets, amongst one or more of: Bank Treasury, Corporate Treasury, Mutual Fund, Insurance Treasury, DCM/Brokerage.

Desired Skills
• Good analytical skills in fixed income area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Credit risk analytical skills will be an advantage
• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick, informed decisions
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Good team player, build relationships across market participants
• Understanding of risk management principles.
• Awareness of market systems such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.

Qualifications
• Finance qualification such as CA or MBA(Finance); CMA/CS/ACCA is also acceptable.
CFA/FRM will be an added advantage Reporting
