YEAR ONE · ANCHOR ROLE Controllership or Internal Audit Your first job at Wipro. You are placed in one function and build strong basics from day one.
YEAR TWO · ROTATION The Other Function You move to the function you have not worked in yet. Now you see both sides of corporate finance. 6 MONTHS Business Project You take on a business problem the company is solving right now, and you own the outcome.

After 2.5 years, you move into a landing role in a function within Corporate Finance.
