The Global Finance Leaders Program is our flagship program where we hire newly qualified chartered accountants and make them future ready. Here is what your life as a GFL would be like.

0-6 Months Assigned to functions such as Internal Audit or Controllership for the first 6 months. MasterClasses on topics in Valuation, M&A, Business Accounting, International Tax, Technology- AI, Data Analytics and Business & Operations and acquiring soft skills. Solve practical case studies and present to an expert panel. GFLs are graded and rewarded for their performance in Case Study presentations. 

6-12 Months Do TWO projects of typically 2 months duration each in one of our businesses or functions. For the project, you would be expected to work on a real life business situation. Projects may involve travel both within and outside India depending upon the business need. All along, MasterClasses continue with project assignments. 

Post 12 Months Graduate from the program & transition into permanent finance roles. 

ELIGIBILITY Must have qualified CA in Jan'26 (results in Mar '26) 55% in CA Final (both groups put together) Upto a max of 2 attempts in CA Final (both groups put together) Should be ready to join by 30th of Mar 2026.

JOB LOCATION Working from Wipro’s office premises Working days vary based on location 1st stint @ Bangalore office - 5.5 days working week.
