Product Manager

The incumbent must be an Electrical Engineer with 7+ years of experience in Switches Product Management.

An M-Tech or MBA will be an added advantage.

The candidate must possess experience on:

Technical Knowledge – must be hands on in the product knowledge and existing technologies in Switches.

New product Development – should be able to manage the new product development cycle end to end.

Sourcing and vendor management – Should be able to manage existing vendors for manufacturing of switches from sourcing to quality control.

Product Improvement and Value engineering exercises.

Product Launches – Will need to manage product launches with proper training and selling materials

Experience on low voltage domestic switches is preferred. Knowledge and understanding of Switchgear is a must.
