Key Responsibilities:
• Managing Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee and manage the cloud infrastructure at the group level, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency.

• Integration of Acquired Entities: Lead the integration of infrastructure for newly acquired entities into the existing systems, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruption.

• Optimization of Infrastructure: Continuously evaluate and optimize the existing infrastructure to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve reliability.

• Setting Up AI Infrastructure: Establish the infrastructure required to support AI initiatives, including data storage, computing power, and connectivity.

• Compliance and Audits: Ensure that all infrastructure activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies and manage audits as necessary.

• Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with infrastructure vendors and service providers to ensure the best possible terms and performance.

• Contributes strategy and budget delivery that ensures the delivery and continued operation of the IT Infrastructure to deliver IT Services.

• Lead strategic technology initiatives to build and maintain key elements of WEL’s enterprise infrastructure and associated project portfolio, including but not limited to data Centre infrastructure management and evolution, mobility and remote access services, ubiquitous wireless networks, multiple cloud environments, enterprise-scale messaging environments, active directory multi-forest integration, software-defined inter-networking, and innovative end user computing solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the Information Security team to comply to the cyber security standards.

Experience:

• 15-17 years of experience with primary experience in managing infrastructure and IT Service Delivery. • Prior experience in managing cloud infrastructure and on-premises infrastructure.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Influencing skills to drive change.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology.
• Certification in cloud infrastructure management Reporting
• The role will report to WEL Group CIO as part of the WEL Corporate IT team
