Role Objective:

To ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient day-to-day operations of the Company Depot / CFA, ensuring timely dispatches, accurate inventory, and full statutory & audit compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Inward & Inventory Management:

  • Supervise and ensure 100% accurate receipt of stocks from depot as per invoice and LR.
  • Ensure proper stacking, storage as per FEFO (First Expiry First Out) norms and batch-wise inventory management.
  • Conduct daily stock reconciliation – Physical vs. System (SAP/WMS).
  • Monitor and control near-expiry, non-saleable and damaged stocks.

Outward & Dispatch Management:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of distributor orders, invoicing and dispatch planning.
  • Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and ensure on-time delivery to distributors / super-stockists.
  • Ensure zero billing errors and zero dispatch discrepancies.

Documentation, SAP & Claims:

  • Handling all depot documentation – Inward, Outward, Stock Transfer, Gate Pass, Credit / Debit Notes.
  • Complete handling of SAP transactions at depot – GRN, Invoicing, STO, Stock adjustments.
  • Processing distributor claims related to shortage, breakage, price difference and expiry and forward to HO for settlement.
  • Maintaining proper claim tracker and ledger reconciliation.
  • Maintaining depot hygiene and Safety

Compliance & Audit:

  • Ensure 100% compliance with company SOPs, statutory requirements, GST, E-way bill and audit guidelines.
  • Maintain all depot records for internal & external audit.
  • Ensure CFA compliance regarding manpower, infrastructure, insurance, fire safety and pest control.
  • Ensure FIFO, hygiene and safety standards at depot.

CFA / Depot Coordination & Reporting:

  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Branch, HO Supply Chain, Sales Team and CFA.
  • Daily MIS reporting to Branch – Stock availability report, Inward / Outward report, Vehicle tracking, Open Order report.
  • Control depot operational costs – handling, freight, manpower.

 

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: Min 3 to 6 years of experience in Depot / CFA / Warehouse operations in FMCG / Consumer Goods industry

Technical Skills: Must have hands-on experience in SAP (MM/SD), WMS, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), GST & E-way Bill handling

Other Skills: Strong in stock control, documentation, and people coordination

Key Competencies: High Integrity, Attention to Detail, Operational Excellence, Audit Compliance, Time Management.

Age: Preferably below 35 years.
