Job Title: Sr Officer – Training and Development                   

Function / Department: Training and Development

Qualification: Diploma or BE – Mechanical

Desired Experience: 06 to 08 years in Training

Key Skills Required:

  • Good Presentation skills, Team building and Interpersonal skills.
  • Hands on experience in Conducting Technical Training for Operators/employees.
  • Good exposure and understanding of Manufacturing process like Engineering and Automobile components, Hydraulics exposer will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge in Training Plan, Calendar Preparation, Need Identification, Evaluation Training Feedback, Effectiveness etc.
  • Exposure on Labour Law & Apprenticeship Act will be added advantages. 
  • Good problem-solving skills, skill enhancement, upgrading of competencies.
  • Should know local language (Local/Hindi/English).

●    Technical classes, Induction Training for new joiners
