- Motivate and rally his team around to deliver on commitments.
- Exposure in handling state of the art machine shop.. (with CNCs, SPMs, assembly lines, and Special processes)
- Delivering on targets of productivity, quality and safety by skilful handling of variables like machines, materials, manpower, etc.
- Handling employee relations at shop floor level
- Implement and Execute lean manufacturing aspects in the plant
- Proven ability to deal with labour unions will be an advantage.
- Drive the team in achieving in shift/day/monthly targets in line with manufacturing norms.
- Self driven, Team player and result oriented.
