 Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive                        

Function / Department: Accounts & Finance

Qualification: B. Com / M. Com / MBA – Finance

Desired Experience required: 7-9 years.

Key Skills Required:

  • Responsible for preparing and analyzing cost sheet daily, weekly.
  • Responsible for monitoring the P&L and Balance sheet items to effectiveness of financial reports.
  • To handle day to day activities and co-ordinate with plants team for streamline of process.
  • reconciliation of statement, Plant-BRS, Vendor and GL, Customer.
  • To ensure with invoice processing team all GRIR on stipulated time.
  • Ensure all payments to be released on time including statutory.
  • Responsible for product cost run within the time.
  • To assist internal audit controls process, Co-ordination with internal audit team.
  • To ensure month end and year end activities.
  • To ensure GL post and process expenses.
  • Assist Agreement SLA’s
  • Monthly MIS reporting

 

Other Skills Required:

       Good SAP Knowledge,

       ● Expert in MS-office,

       ● Proficient in English, and email writing

       ● Data analytical Skill

       ● MIS reporting Skill

       ● Good Communication Skill

  • This position reports to Manager – Accounts.
