    2. Time study for different mfg. process of cylinders.

    1. BOM , PR, Rolling Plan
    2. Mfg. Process routing
    3. Process cycle time
    4. Cost sheet
    5. DC preparation
    6. Vendor code registration
  4. Experience in manufacturing process and costing
  5. Handson experience on CNC machineries commissioning, programming, fixture and tooling design, installation and commissioning
  6. Knowledge / experience in Cylinder mfg. process  and machineries will be an added advantage
  7. Experience on Assembly techniques
  8. Experience in project execution and management.
  9. RFQ feasibility study, demand analysis, Capacity gap analysis, MIS Preparation. Presentation skill
  10. Good knowledge and Experience working with MS office tools – Excel, Power point and word etc.
  11. Knowledge on PFD and PFMEA, APQP process of new product development.
  12. CAPEX Estimation
  13. Positive thinking, Proactive, accept challenges and execute.
  14. To be a good team player, ready travel across all Win plants and supplier place based on project requirement.
  15. To be flexible to learn and adopt without any boundary within the work.
  16. Qualification : Diploma with 5-6 yrs of experience in the above said profile
