Project Leader / qualified engineer- Degree in Mechanical Engg

1. He shall have minimum 2-4 years of work experience in Hydraulic Cylinders designing ( R&D)

2. He shall have good knowledge and experience of working on design tools , Pro-E, Creo, WindChill PDM , SAP etc.

3. He shall have Project management skill & experience

4. He shall be well aware about & follow the ISO & IATF-16949 procedure.

5. He shall be well involved in application engineering, field integration & sign off with customers.

6. He shall be active participated in RCA of field complaints & making 8D

7. He shall be innovative & strive for best in the hydraulic cylinders

8. He shall be self-starter for VE ideas generation & cost reduction targets achievement

9. He shall have excellent in communication & dealing customers directly also internal stake holder
