JD : He shall working Hydraulic Products company , design & development field with Design software knowledge, Pro-E/Creo, AutoCad, PDM WindChill & SAP

2. He shall have minimum 8-10 years of work experience in related Truck Hydraulics products & hydraulic systems.

3. He shall have handled projects independently & knowledge of manufacturing processes of hydraulic products

4. He shall have Project management skill & experience including New Product Development/ Proto testing & Validation etc.

5. He shall be well aware about & follow the ISO, IATF-16949 procedure.

6. He shall be well involved in application engineering, field integration & sign off with customers.

7. He shall be active participated in root cause analysis of field complaints.

8. He shall be innovative & strive for best in the products he specializes in hydraulic cylinders mainly telescopic

9. He shall be self-starter for VE ideas generation & cost reduction targets achievement.

10. He shall have excellent in communication & dealing customers directly also internal stake holders
