Job Title: Engineer - NPI Sourcing

( NPI – New Product Introduction)

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure materials are ordered on time.
2. Manage change notifications to suppliers promptly.
3. Possess knowledge of ZBC.
4. Understand BAR, forging, casting, and fabrication raw materials.
5. Have expertise in CNC and VMC processes.
6. Be knowledgeable about TFS.
7. Negotiate costs effectively.
8. Be responsible for On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
9. Have proficiency in the SAP MM module.
10. Understand PPAP and prototype processes.
11. Collaborate closely with the plant team for PO creation and assembly planning.
12. Update the status of components daily.
13. Coordinate with SQA for component inspections.
14. Attend DFM reviews and provide process feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in NPI sourcing or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP MM and other relevant software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
