Role- Sourcing- Asst Manager

Experience- 7~10 Years of relevant experience.

Base Location- Peenya, Bangalore

1. Education- BE mechanical Or Equiv.
2. Proven experience in Sourcing, Purchase and New product development.
3. Costing analysis knowledge must.
4. Fabrication/ Machining/ Sheet Metal specific costing knowledge must.
5. All Machining process experience & competency  must- CNC, drilling, VMC, HMC , Grinding etc.
6. Product Development Process awareness- Proto/ PPAP.
7. Risk Mitigation of supplier, Capacity analysis.
8. Basic 7 QC tool awareness must.
9. Problem solving
10. Negotiation skills – price, delivery etc.
11. Raw material price increase / Increase index analysis .
12. Drive competitive sourcing events (RFQs, RFIs, RFPs) and support vendor selection, commercial negotiation, and market awareness.
13. Track supplier performance by utilizing data to make informed sourcing decisions and ensure performance meets standards.
14. Manage part development/orders and delivery time frames for deliveries. Provide sourcing assistance for troubleshooting production and delivery.
15. Implement Supplier Value Management with the key suppliers to foster innovation, manage supplier performance, establish a Governance Model, and ensure continuous improvement activities.
16. Outsourcing Manufacturing (including Network Actions) => bidding, evaluating proposals, leading make vs. buy analysis, implementing and managing Contract Management organizations.
17. Cost reduction for ongoing project.
