Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, team effectiveness, and talent deployment.

  • Identify skill gaps and development needs, and lead the execution of learning and development programs using digital platforms, virtual formats, and on-the-job initiatives.

  • Drive adoption and optimization of digital HR tools (LMS, HRIS, performance platforms, etc.) to enhance learning access, track development, and improve decision-making through data.

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job design, sourcing, assessment, and onboarding in partnership with central TA teams.

  • Anchor talent management processes such as performance reviews, goal setting, succession planning, and internal mobility.

  • Contribute to the design and execution of rewards and recognition frameworks to drive motivation, retention, and performance culture.

  • Use HR analytics to generate insights and recommend proactive interventions around attrition, engagement, productivity, and diversity.

  • Support employee lifecycle activities (confirmation, transfers, exit, grievance resolution) while ensuring compliance and policy adherence.

  • Actively engage with employees through one-on-one connects, skip levels, pulse surveys, and informal feedback loops to improve employee experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a culture of continuous learning, agility, and innovation.
