1. HR Centre of Excellence (COE) Executive

Location: Bangalore, Wipro House, Koramangala
Experience: 1–2 years,
Function: Human Resources
Reporting: Manager, Group HR
Workdays: 5.5 days a week Work from Office, 1st and 3rd Saturday are working Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support design and execution of organization-wide HR programs in areas like Talent Management, Learning & Development, Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion, or Employee Engagement.
  • Conduct benchmarking, data analysis, and research to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Create internal communication content, training material, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of COE-led initiatives.
  • Use digital tools to improve employee experience and drive HR innovation.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR analytics tools is a plus.
  • Passion for research, frameworks, and best practices in HR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative.

 

 

 

 

2. HR Executive (supporting HRBP)

Location: Bangalore, Wipro House, Koramangala
Experience: 0–2 years, Fresh HR graduates are encouraged to apply
Function: Human Resources – Business Partnering
Reporting: Manager HRBP for Hydraulics business
Workdays: 5.5 days a week Work from Office, 1st and 3rd Saturday are working Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with HRBP to design and execute HR solutions and employee experience in line with the expectations of business leaders and line managers
  • Manage the employee lifecycle – onboarding, performance management, employee relations, development, and offboarding.
  • Analyze workforce trends, engagement data, and HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Support change management, talent development, and culture-building initiatives.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
  • Agility to work in dynamic, shop-floor driven environments.
  • Ability to influence without authority and manage conflict constructively.
  • Willingness to travel and operate in plant/business unit locations.
