The role will focus on managing key OEM and large customer accounts across domestic and international markets, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and building long-term partnerships that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Relationship Building:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, understanding customer needs, pain points, and business objectives.

Build and nurture trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at multiple levels within customer organizations.

Develop account penetration strategies to enhance engagement and identify new opportunities.

Sales & Business Development:

Own the revenue and profitability targets for assigned accounts.

Drive growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new application areas for Wipro's hydraulic solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet customer requirements.

Monitor market trends, customer developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Commercial Negotiations & Contract Management:

Lead price discussions, contract negotiations, and agreement renewals in alignment with business guidelines.

Ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of any commercial issues.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, driving internal alignment to address customer needs.
