The role will focus on managing key OEM and large customer accounts across domestic and international markets, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and building long-term partnerships that align with our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Relationship Building:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, understanding customer needs, pain points, and business objectives.

    • Build and nurture trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at multiple levels within customer organizations.

    • Develop account penetration strategies to enhance engagement and identify new opportunities.

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Own the revenue and profitability targets for assigned accounts.

    • Drive growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new application areas for Wipro's hydraulic solutions.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet customer requirements.

    • Monitor market trends, customer developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Commercial Negotiations & Contract Management:

    • Lead price discussions, contract negotiations, and agreement renewals in alignment with business guidelines.

    • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of any commercial issues.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

    • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, driving internal alignment to address customer needs.

  • Forecasting & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and business reports.

    • Provide periodic updates to management on account performance, risks, and opportunities.
