Job Summary
- Acknowledgement of Customer Complaints and responding them properly either through mail or call. Must visit customer site on need basis and resolve the issue with minimum supervision.
- Reporting of Line/Field Complaints from OEM/Body Builder/ Dealer and report to category manager. Registering the same in SAP accordingly. Wise enough to take warranty decisions as per policy.
- He should be able to conduct product training to customers and frequent interaction to minimize communication and build strong relationships.
- Management of Channel Partner effectively to control their service team to attend to the complaints on time and close the complaints.
- Partner Claim settlement at month end as per policy guidelines. Service claims to be signed off monthly and send the hardcopy to PSM of TH for credit adjustment.

- Follow up with concerned team for dispatching warrantable failed parts from site to factory. Closely monitor for Analysis and tracking those till final credit settlement.
- Joint Investigation and MOM's Sign Off for Field /Line Complaints with OEM/ Dealers at monthly basis. Reporting the same to category manager.
- Must be well versed with Basic knowledge of SAP, MS Office and computer literacy.
- He should be willing to take further Business Development and Market Intelligence
Tracking product performance of Prototypes/modifications and feedback on product improvement from day-to-day experience. Tracking of competitor performance.
- He has to Visit to OEM's, Dealers, Fleet Owners and conduct filed campaign in association with regional channel partner for business development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- He must be diploma in mechanical stream of science.
- Good with linguistic ability with command over English and Assamese language.
- Ready to travel to remote sites extensively as the nature of job demands it.
- Well versed with regional restrictions and legal issues of Northeast.
- Should have 4-5 years’ experience in related fields. Construction equipment/Automobile would be preferred.
