Desired Experience required: 7 – 9 years 

Grade : WIN Grade E / F, Wipro Water Grade B1

Eligible Criteria for Internal applicants: Minimum 2 years’ experience required in the current role (mandatory)

Employees should have performance rating of HVC and above in last 2 years

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
• Should have sound Knowledge in Quality systems and drive in the precision – Engineered components in Hydraulics.

• Excellent communication skills, team player, self-driven, high initiative.

Technical Profile:

• Taking Care Of Process Quality, Final Testing Quality & Sub Con Quality.
• PPAP documents & OPL, Quality Alert And Layout Inspection & Making SIR
• Paint Inspection & Paint Audit And Monitoring FIFO
• Warranty analysis for the customer returned parts    
• Monthly Rejection summary analysis & Taking The Corrective Actions
• Conducting Process, Product & Layered process audits, Doc & Dock Audit, Layout Inspection.
• Incoming inspection  & Subcon Inspection confirming acceptance to production team
• Involved in continuous improvement, and safety projects & ISO & IATF Audits
• Conducting Functional testing for all new developments and releasing test reports as per customer standards

•      Taking Care Of Process Quality, Subcon Quality & Final Quality i.e, Testing

• This position is reported to Dept Head.
