Qualification: BE or Diploma - Mechanical / Metallurgist.

Desired Experience: 10 to 12 years in QC.

Eligibility criteria for Internal applicants:  

• Minimum 2 years’ experience required in the current role (mandatory).
• Employees should have performance rating of HVC and above in last 2 years.

Key Skills Required:

• Good exposure on QMS/Statistics
• Hands on experience on handling customer complaints
• 7QC tools, six sigma, 8D and other problem-solving tools.
• Exposure on ISO/TS TPM 5s, PPAP, FEMA, MSA, SPC, POKAYOKE and ISO.
• Exposure on NC parts handling, in process quality control
• RCA/CAPA+F18
• Knowledge on special processes qualification, validation, layout inspection etc.
• Identifying root cause and taking actions
• Hands on experience on instruments and gauges utilization
• Good at reading drawing and GD&T. Etc...
