Job Title: Sr. Engineer - Production                           

Function / Department: Production

Qualification: BE/Diploma -Mechanical

Desired Experience required: 7 – 10 years’ experience Production and Assembly department with automobile-manufacturing unit preferably in hydraulic industry.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
• Should have sound Knowledge in Quality systems and drive in the precision – Engineered components in Hydraulics.

• Excellent communication skills, team player, self-driven, high initiative.
• Must have experience in hydraulics / Automotive manufacturing companies
• Experience in a unionized organization is mandatory.

Technical Profile:

• Knowledge on Hydraulics and Assembly practices
• Knowledge on Manufacturing (Engineering Industry)
• Should have Focus on quality
• Hands on In-house quality concerns
• Should have knowledge on Customer compliance.
• Should have experience on CNC turning, VMC, Milling & welding (TIG & MIG)
• Should be able to mingle with the Team and cross functional.
• Knowledge of SAP/ MSOffice essential.
• Awareness on TS 16949, QMS, OHSAS & EMS.

• This position is reported to Dept Head.
