Qualification: BE / Diploma – Mechanical Engineering.

Desired Experience: 08 to 10 years in PLE Department.

Eligibility criteria for Internal applicants:  

• Minimum 2 years’ experience required in the current role (mandatory)
• Employees should have performance rating of HVC and above in last 2 years.

Key Skills Required:

• Good Knowledge on Breakdown maintenance of CNC, Grinding, and Induction Hardening Machines.
• Good knowledge on plating shop will be added advantage.
• Updation Knowledge on Breakdown logbooks & breakdown slips.
• Knowledge of breakdown analysis, Corrective & preventive action.
• Knowledge of Kaizens.
• Trouble shooting knowledge of CNC problems.
• Knowledge of Quenching & tempering machines.
• Good Knowledge of Hardening & tempering machines.
• Knowledge on Grinding Machine.
• Good Knowledge of Plating Shop.
• Knowledge of PLC & PC related machines.
• Knowledge on Spares Planning.
• Cost planning and control.
• Handling IT Projects. Etc.….
