• Knowledge of Kaizens.
• Trouble shooting knowledge of CNC problems.
• Knowledge of Quenching & tempering machines.
• Good Knowledge of Hardening & tempering machines.
• Knowledge on Grinding Machine.
• Good Knowledge of Plating Shop.
• Knowledge on Spares Planning & procurement.
• Cost planning and control.
• Handling IT Projects.
• ISO & Customer Audit knowledge Etc...
• Cost reduction projects
• TPM / TBM, CBM, PM, Predictive Maintenance
