Qualification: B.Tehc/Diploma -Mechanical /Industrial Production

Desired Experience required: 3-5 Years

Key Skills Required:

Industry: Preferably Hydraulic industry.

Skills required: SAP, Subcontractor and in-house Planning, Coordination with all departments for regular and proto developments.

Experience in Capacity calculations, Tracking Plan / Actual, Maintaining Subcontractor delivery ratings, Inventory management. Achieving OTD as per the plan.

Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Description:

1. Ensuring the machine planning
2. Circulating day/week/month wise plan
3. Ensuring the material movement to respect subcontract process
4. Ensuring the subcontractor quality products
5. Ensuring the OTD, T+3 Adherance & Plan vs Actual
6. Ensuring capacity calculation
7. Ensuring the in-house machine and assembly planning
8. Follow up with the sub-contractor process
9. Inventory control
10. Raising STN’s online process
11. Bringing back rejections from sub-contractor
12. MRIRB on time closing
13. Ensuring the sub-contractor cost
14. Making postings of finished goods
15. Making dc’s to respective sub-contractor processes
16. Knowledge of SAP, Engineering, drawing reading, Process knowledge.
17. Coordination with customers, marketing, FG, Quality and Materials team.
18. Coordination for completion of Proto in time (New product).
19. Hard working, Easy to learn, Flexibility must require.
