Eligible Criteria for Internal applicants:

Minimum 2 years’ experience required in the current role (mandatory)

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
• Should have sound Knowledge in Quality systems and drive in the precision – Engineered components in Hydraulics.

• Excellent communication skills, team player, self-driven, high initiative.

• Experience: 9 – 12 years 

Technical Profile:

• Knowledge on Lean Mfg, Cell concepts and Six Sigma. Knowledge on SPC (statistical process control).
• Should have sound knowledge on QMS.
• Should have sound knowledge on 7QC Tools
• Should have knowledge on Customer compliance handling and exposure in 8D reports
• Knowledge of SAP/ MSOffice is essential.
• Awareness on TS 16949, QMS, OHSAS & EMS.
• Experience in like MSA, PPAP process
• New product development
• Prototyping & Testing
• Manufacturing Support
• Documentation

• This position is reported to Dept Head.
