Qualification: BE / Diploma – Mechanical / Metallurgist Engineering.

Desired Experience: 03 to 05 years in Production Department.

Key Skills Required:

• Good exposure on production and planning
• Hands on experience on manpower handling and shift planning.
• Experience on manpower skill development.
• Exposure to losses management and OEE.
• Exposure on process like, Heat Treatment, hard chrome plating, grinding, polishing, and machining.
• Exposure on TPM 5s, PPAP, FEMA, and ISO.
• Good on achieving targets related to Shift output.
• Control on rework and rejection in shop floor.
• Good at problem solving with machines.
• Hands on experience of CNC Programming and Setting. Etc...
