Qualifications: BSc / MSc / B Tech

Desired Experience: Yrs of Exp / Nature of Exp5 to 10 Years in Cooling Water and Boiler Water
Treatment

Key Skills Required:
 Business Development, Team Management, Sales & Marketing, Key Account Management
 In depth knowledge of Cooling Tower Chemical Treatment and Boiler water treatment is a must.
 Understanding of Various CW treatment program
 Understanding of RO recycling plant and process.
 Proposal writing for CW and Boiler water program.
 On Site execution of various chemical treatment program

Position Details
Key Accountabilities: 
 Selling of Specialty chemicals for Pretreatment (WTP & ETP), RO (WTP & ETP), Cooling Tower
Treatment Chemicals, Boiler and Chiller
 Drive specialty chemical portfolio target for the region.
 Willing to travel across region to meet clients
 Generate adequate leads and sales inquiry to meet target sales no
 Develop and maintain very strong customer relationships.
 Have own technical competency to deliver solutions to client.
 Support post sales execution, ability to start up new treatment application program for CW and Boiler
water treatment.
 Daily MIS monitoring, periodic review with client
