Job Title: Senior Executive Finance

Role Description:

• Preparation of Annual Operating Plan and assist in the execution of the same. Co-own the financial plan along with Business Head.
• Consolidation and reporting of financials result of Business unit.
• Working/Practical knowledge of IND-AS, Controlling  AP, AR, and General Ledgers.
• RFQ evaluation, Cost sheet Validation and active participation in pricing strategy,
• Identify key performance indicators, provide insight to the Business and drive improvements
• Margin Governance: Drive Cross functional team meetings for cost take out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost reduction analysis
• Profitability analysis – Providing more insight
• Supporting Key Account Managers with forecasting, forecast analysis, preparation of KPIs related to sales
• Identify and lead special projects and other strategic initiatives (Like DNAAM)
• Support in closing statutory & internal audits
• Handling Cost Audit for the BU
• Prepare internal reports, decks and presentations for executive leadership and support their decision making
• Prepare quarterly review decks for Board meetings and reviews

Qualification: CA Qualified

Desired Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience 

Eligibility Criteria for Internal Applicants:

• Minimum experience required in the current role: 2 Years
• Minimum performance criteria: HCV and Above for last 2 years (optional)
• Grade criteria: all grades can apply

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills
• ⁠Proficiency in MS Office applications and other software (SAP) applications/tools
