Role Description:

Responsible for driving business development and revenue growth for Metal Additive Manufacturing (AM) solutions, with a primary focus on Metal AM Machine CapEx Sales. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and promoting additive manufacturing solutions across industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, Oil & Gas, and Healthcare.

The incumbent will act as a bridge between advanced manufacturing technologies and customer business requirements by providing technical and commercial solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Additionally, the role involves:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers, engineering teams, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Positioning Metal AM solutions through consultative and value-based selling approaches.
  • Presenting ROI-driven business cases, cost optimization opportunities, and innovation benefits.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging applications of additive manufacturing.
  • Ensuring seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle, including demonstrations, negotiations, installation, training, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinating with technical and application engineering teams to develop customer-centric solutions.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
  • MBA preferred

8+ Years


Eligibility Criteria for Internal Applicants:

  • Minimum experience in the current role: 2 years
  • Minimum performance criteria (HVC/MR for last 2 years): HVC
  • Grade criteria: WIN E / WIN F and above
