Assistatant Engineer- Post Processing

Job responsibilities 

Supervise assembly operations to achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Develop and optimize assembly processes to improve productivity, reduce defects, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Plan and procure raw materials and consumables based on production requirements.

• Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) as per the Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with the procurement team for Purchase Order (PO) release.

• Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and create Production Orders in the ERP system. • Maintaining safety stock to avoiding the material shortage for production

• Manage store operations, including inventory tracking, material receipts, issues, and Stock verification.

• Support production planning and scheduling to ensure timely availability of materials and efficient workflow. 

 * Maintain Project Planner and schedule

Desired experience & Qualification : DME with 4- 6 years of experience in Assembly operations and Projects.

Work location : Wipro 3D, Peenya, Bengaluru.
