Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and compliance roles

Key Skills Required: Areas of expertise / skills

1. Financial Accounting and Controllership:

• Oversee financial accounting, month-end closing, and variance analysis.
• Perform revenue and margin analysis and present findings to senior management through MIS reports and dashboards.
• Manage quarterly estimates and work on the annual strategic and operating plan.
• Collaborate with the controllership team to ensure compliance with Ind-AS requirements and FCCS standards.
• Oversee capital expenditure and inventory management activities
• Maintain GL Master and ensure integration with order modules while ensuring schedule hygiene.

2. Tax Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with direct taxes, including tax provisioning, advance tax, TDS, TCS, etc.
• Manage indirect tax compliance, including GST, custom duty, and Labour law compliance.

3. Audit Compliance:

• Manage the IFC process, audits, and respond to audit findings.
• Oversee internal audits and follow up to close any recommendations.
• Support interim and statutory audits and respond to findings.
• Ensure compliance with government audits.

4. Business Support:

• Manage vendor payments and reconciliations, ensuring MSME compliances, credit control, and GRIR control.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
• Oversee vendor master controls to maintain integrity in records.
• Manage working capital efficiently and ensure liquidity for operations.

• Strong analytical abilities to break down complex problems and derive rational conclusions.
• Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and communicate key financial information clearly.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/S4 Hana FICO/PS & MM modules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Pivot, and Power BI for financial reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of Ind-AS, tax compliance (direct and indirect taxes), and audit processes.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, variance analysis, and budget management.
