Key Accountabilities: List the key areas of responsibility |

1) Project execution by maintaining trackers with relevant information regarding Job No, Proforma Invoice & follow-up for Advance payment, tracking project execution with BBU for timely closure of Project 2) Project execution by verifying DL & arranging other dispatch documents with final Invoice to client 3) Review AR by segment and involve respective operational teams in the discussion to bring the required attention 4) Analyze & Monitor Daily Outstanding for speedy and timely recovery with client visits wherever required. 5) Maintain ledger statement and Book reconciliation with client on quarterly basis and obtain balance confirmation 6) Timely submission and collection of EMD, BG and other related documents for tendering processes. 7) Preparation of MIS Reports & Control sheets (Trackers) for various commercial activities 8) Controlling routine activities through SAP and generating real time information as required
