Qualifications:

BE / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)

- With Minimum 10 Years Experience in Quality Engineering,/ - Quality Assurance or a similar role

- NDT- RT,PT,UT,VT Level-II,ASQ certification preferred - Experience of Inspecting Pressure vessels, tanks, piping, Rubber lining, painting, FRP lining
- Well convergent with IS/ ASTM/ ASME/EN standards

Key Accountabilities: List the key areas of responsibility

• Developing and implementing quality assurance plans as per related standards
• Developing and implementing quality control systems/ procedures
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
• Collaborating with Project management team, Engineering team, Procurement team, Vendors, Customers, TPIAs, factory , Site engineers to develop and implement controls and improvements
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
• Investigating and troubleshooting product or process issues
• Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
• Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes, test certificates, inspection documents

• Report to Functional Head
