Qualifications:

Desired Experience: Yrs of Exp / Nature of Exp

Diploma

ITI Draftsman

Min. 8 to 10 Yrs for Diploma

Min - 10-15 Yrs for ITI

Key Skills Required: Areas of expertise / skills
  • Drafting & designing DM plant pressure vessels Like ACF / DMF/SF / SAC/SBA/MB etc.
  • Big Vertical Tanks, Small Dosing Tank in 2D
  • Awareness of Pressure vessels & Vertical / Horizontal tanks design standards
  • Awareness of all International standards related to Pressure vessels, Vertical & Horizontal tanks, Flanges, Metal sheets piping
  • Experience in the water treatment industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge about Pumps, valves & water treatment equipment etc.

Position Details

 

Key Accountabilities: List the key areas of responsibility

 

  • Preparation of General arrangement drawing, Fabrication Drawings, Cutting Layouts , BOM preparation for DM plant pressure vessels , Vertical &  Horizontal tanks
  • Completion works with high accuracy & in time
  • Skid designing for UF & RO systems, Ionic Exchanger & filter system frontal piping designing.
  • Interdepartmental and intradepartmental co-ordination
