1 to 3 Years of experience from relevant industry

Position Details

 

Key Accountabilities: List the key areas of responsibility

This position is accountable for providing support in execution of assigned projects from post order to handover, which involves planning, dispatch, site supervision and handover. Candidate must be ready to travel outside office to client side on regular basis.

 

  • Understanding P&ID and Bill of Material
  • Preparation of BOM and indent according to contract scope.
  • Engineering Document development with the help of in-house design and engineering team Preparation, Submission & Approval from customer
  • Project documentation management
  • Coordinating with internal team, vendors and client
  • Review & progress monitoring of fabricated items
  • Coordinating with site team for dispatches
  • Understanding of engineering drawings.
  • Help in making billing schedule
  • Making project schedule in MS projects
  • Good computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel and Power point

 

Reporting: Mention reporting relationships
  • Manager – Projects
