Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in commodity trading, chemical logistic, or supply chain execution.

Key Accountabilities: List the key areas of responsibility

• Trade Chemicals Execution & Operations
• Execution of commodity chemical contracts from order confirmation to delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistic providers to ensure timely shipments.
• Logistic & Documentation
• Coordinate with supplier & logistic to Arrange transportation for chemical products.
• verify shipping documents (invoices, Waybill, certificates of analysis, customs paperwork).
• Customer & Supplier Coordination
• Acts as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
• Liaison with suppliers to confirm product availability, quality, and shipment timelines.
• Risk & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements for chemical commodities.
• Monitor trade risks including credit, logistic, and geopolitical factors.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Track trade execution KPIs (on-time delivery, cost efficiency, customer satisfaction).
• Provide regular updates to management on billing performance and operational challenges.
