Qualifications:

Diploma or BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

5 to 7 years OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.

Key Skills Required: Areas of expertise / skills

Knowledge of Water Treatment Systems: 1. Extensive hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of electrical panels, control panels, and field instruments in water treatment industrial projects.

2. Skilled in the commissioning and calibration of field instruments including pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters, level sensors, and control valves.

3. Strong ability to quickly read, interpret, and understand electrical and instrumentation drawings such as P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and general arrangement drawings.

4. Proficient in preparing and verifying the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on engineering drawings and specifications.

 

Target Companies:

  • Water treatment industries, Power plants, chemical plant.  (site experience is mandatory)

 

Position Details

 

Key Accountabilities: List the key areas of responsibility

 

  1. To ensure the successful and timely execution of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) works at the site.
  2. Develop a detailed execution plan aligning with the overall project schedule.
  3. Ensure that the work plan includes adequate manpower, tools, and equipment.
  4. Conduct regular coordination meetings with the E&I subcontractor, review their resource deployment plan and ensure it meets project requirements.
  5. Ensure that all required resources (manpower, tools, equipment, consumables) are available at site ahead of time.
  6. Implement proper inventory control and issue tracking systems.
  7. Avoid material wastage through controlled issuance and proper handling procedures.
  8. Ensure work is executed safely and in accordance with quality standards.
  9. Understanding the relevant environmental regulations EHS and safety standards for handling E&I work.
